How About A 7BR Mansion For Under 300k

How About A 7BR Mansion For Under 300k

My typical residential client is one who wants certain things: convenient urban living, relatively low work and low maintenance, and of course, an upgraded kitchen and bathroom.  Oh yes, and it has to be in Northern Liberties or Fishtown... and under $300k.

As hard as work to get deals like that for my clients, here's something for someone who wants the opposite... but still wants under 300k.

Venture out to Cheltenham for a fixer-upper of sorts.  5000 square feet of space with 7 bedrooms, this place has a lot of old fashioned charm, but you'll have to make do with only 3.5 baths.  Your neighbors might have 110 rooms and 33 acres, but you'll have air conditioning, after you rehab the property, of course.  You will also spend about 17.2 million dollars less than they will.

If you're interested in a living in a suburban mansion for the price of Fishtown rowhome.  Contact me soon.  I can set it up.
