its bordering municipalities include deerfield township, Lawrence township, downe township, cumberland township, maurice river township, and vineland city. union lake, over 4,000 acres of upland, maurice river, and two wildlife management areas embody some of the natural alluring sites. comprising an area of about 44.3 square miles, approximately an eighth of the area is devoted to agriculture; another eighth to commercial & industrial; a tenth to residential; and thirteenth of the area to municipal, school, recreational, water, sewer, streets, and the municipal airport; and the remaining sixty one is vacant land and woodlands. the township of millville will work with any business to obtain the right usage variances if required. it is located in a conservation zone. there are uses that would be perfectly fine, but the zoning officer would have to contacted to discuss...any proposed usage. obviously, warehousing would not be an issue,..along with many other small businesses. it's also important to note that several motor freight common carriers connect millville with philadelphia, new york, baltimore, and many other cities. it most certainly is strategically located to the tri-state area....with easy access to all the bridges....
